Don't use bash patsub_replacement shell option

As Jean has pointed out, bash only supports '&' expansion in pattern
substitution replacement strings since version 5.2. Quilt only requires
bash version 3.0, so don't use that feature.

kernel: reset asix88179 twice like in older kernels

the kernel developers has removed a reset at bring the
device first up to save time. At my test's this result in
not detecting the link correct. This readd the reset and at
my tests the device has worked.

Clipboard: psppire-output-view - Adapt advertised target formats

When charts are copied to the clipboard, then also text formats
were advertised. This patch restricts the advertised clipboard
formats such that applications choose the correct format.

Wait for SIGSTOP during attach, reinjecting unrelated signals

PTRACE_ATTACH sends SIGSTOP to this thread. However, on waitpid() we may
receive some other pending signal sooner than this SIGSTOP. Therefore,
we need to call waitpid() until we receive SIGSTOP.

Signals other than SIGSTOP that are received need to be reinjected with
PTRACE_CONT, or they will otherwise get lost.

If we do not wait for the SIGSTOP signal in waitpid(), this signal will
be delivered after PTRACE_DETACH, and the thread will enter the
"T (stopped)" state.

See ptrace(2) manpage, under the section "Attaching and detaching".

Stop ignoring the Unicode tag character range.

These were deliberately thrown away in our UTF-8 decoder, with a
comment apparently introduced by RDB in the 2001 big Unicode patch.
The purpose of this character range has changed completely since then,
and now they act as modifier characters on top of U+1F3F4 to construct
a space of flags (the standard examples being those of England,
Scotland and Wales). We were failing to display those flags, and even
pasting out of the terminal didn't give back the right Unicode.

libkmod: add weak dependecies

It has been seen that for some network mac drivers (i.e. lan78xx) the
related module for the phy is loaded dynamically depending on the current
hardware. In this case, the associated phy is read using mdio bus and then
the associated phy module is loaded during runtime (kernel function
phy_request_driver_module). However, no software dependency is defined, so
the user tools will no be able to get this dependency. For example, if
dracut is used and the hardware is present, lan78xx will be included but no
phy module will be added, and in the next restart the device will not work
from boot because no related phy will be found during initramfs stage.

In order to solve this, we could define a normal 'pre' software dependency
in lan78xx module with all the possible phy modules (there may be some),
but proceeding in that way, all the possible phy modules would be loaded
while only one is necessary.

The idea is to create a new type of dependency, that we are going to call
'weak' to be used only by the user tools that need to detect this situation.
In that way, for example, dracut could check the 'weak' dependency of the
modules involved in order to install these dependencies in initramfs too.
That is, for the commented lan78xx module, defining the 'weak' dependency
with the possible phy modules list, only the necessary phy would be loaded
on demand keeping the same behavior, but all the possible phy modules would
be available from initramfs.

A new function 'kmod_module_get_weakdeps' in libkmod will be added for
this to avoid breaking the API and maintain backward compatibility. This
general procedure could be useful for other similar cases (not only for
dynamic phy loading).

backends: maemo: fix syntax error and automake

commit e88bfa62 ("C++: automatically determine iterator types") broke
the validity of the MaemoCalendarSource.cpp by accident.

Also add the necessary dbus CFLAGS/LIBS flags to ensure successful
compilation

Use macros for cast pointers
