* Bump version after 1.5.8 release.
* Sync a bit with Debian's 1.5.8-3, in particular:
  + Update copyright.
  + Bump Standards-Version to 4.6.1, no changes needed.
  + Set -DWANT_CPP17=ON as required by poppler 22.
* Update dependencies to build against Qt6, as required by 1.6.0.
