Otto, can you please make sure the Dash Ix spec contains enough visual information for DX to implement the behavior specified there?

OK, according to the spec, when there are no matching results:

 - the background colour of the search field should change to red
 - the dash should show the text "No results found."
 - a button should lead the user to "Search the web".

I'll attach the relevant wireframe to the bug. If you don't have a pixel
perfect rendering of the red background, just go ahead with the colour
used for the close button on Ambience, and we'll get a pixel-perfect
iteration from Otto for Natty.
