During commissioning generate a DHCP config if none has been created.

AUTOIP assignment happens as a post_commit() hook after a node
starts testing or deploying so MAAS can verify the IP address is
free. If it is requested during commissioning or in testing run
directly after commissioning no IP will be assigned when
networking configuration is reset. In this state generate a
configuration file with dhcp being run on the boot interface.
This is the same configuration run at boot so testing will be
done with the booted configuration.

Side fix - Make sure maas-run-remote-scripts detects dhcp configured
interfaces.

Backport of 302d171 LP: #1835275 - Remove netplan interface lock.

Netplan creates a configuration file which locks the interface used to boot.
This ensures netbooted environments don't get disconnected. MAAS may send
a netplan configuration file which will reconfigure the boot interface. The
script runner will ensure the machine reconnects.

Create SCRIPT_STATUS constants for running and failed.

When the APPLYING_NETCONF and FAILED_APPLYING_NETCONF SCRIPT_STATUSes were
added some of the code base wasn't updated to handle them. Theses areas
checked for three categories running, running or pending, or failed. These
categories have been defined as constants to ensure the MAAS code base is
in sync across the code base with regard to ScriptResult statuses.

Backport of 36d5dd0 - LP: #1835289 - Fix error handling on the commissioning API.

The commissioning API was returning an exception instead or raising it. This
caused a 500 internal error with no readable error message. Fixing this
revealed the commissioning API cannot be used with embedded script YAML as
the commissioning API sets the script_type to commissioning. The form now
allows fields to be set as long as they match what is in the script YAML.

LP: #1722607 - 1/2 Stop sending logs with node object over the websocket.

Removes the summary YAML, XML, and installation log from being sent with the
node object over the websocket. This removes 4 database lookups and with a
libvirt machine 79KB of data from being sent with the node object.

Two new functions have been added to the node handler and child classes,
get_summary_yaml and get_summary_xml. Both read summary data from the cache
and return the formatted data.

LP: #1826323 - Dehydrate nodes with the VMFS layout as having a RESERVED fs.

The UI knows that a partition is in use when it has a mounted partition. VMware
ESXi does not directly mount the partitions used. As MAAS can't model that
inject a place holder so the UI knows that these partitions are in use.

Bacport 51b971 LP: #1807991 - Directly go into commissioning during enlistment.

The anonymous API now accepts the 'commission' flag. When set to true
newly created machines will be created in COMMISSIONING and a ScriptSet
with all builtin Scripts will be set as the current_commissioning_script_set.

Commissioning during enlistment can now be disabled using the
'enlist_commissioning' configuration option.
