Bug Description

on maas 2.6.0~rc1-7799-g70b0fe161-0ubuntu1~18.04.1

Running "maas root machines read hostname=<host> domain=maas" returns
"{"domain": ["No such constraint."]}"

maas logs are attached.

This is a regression - this worked in previous releases.
