Regenerate ScriptResults which have an interface parameter when receiving 99-maas-03-network-interfaces

ScriptResults which have an interface parameter are now regenerated like
storage parameters. Because interfaces must be configured to run testing
against them initial configuration for both networking and storage now
happens when receiving commissioning data.
