Thanks for the patch,

I'm happy to patch this for Karmic but don't think it's worth applying for string freeze exception for Jaunty given the time until release and that the information is there so someone can still find it in synaptic or add/remove.

OK. However, I changed this in our Polish template. I saw Spanish team already did it also, and Russian Translators probably consider it. I also described it on ubuntu-translator list (https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-translators/2009-April/002348.html), so maybe could we break the string freeze rules for this very small bug?;-)

Thank You.

If we change this string, all the translations for it will become
invalid and will show as English. It's not worth doing that for this
bug, and there isn't enough time left for translators to do a new
translation (translation freeze is 1 day away).

Ah.. I didn't know that changes of English tempalte causing untraslated items in others language template. I apologize for my ignorance. In this case it realy doesn't make sense to apply patch to the Jaunty.
But, could I change this in translation template without any side effects? I mean, does my translation string will show in my language or in English after such changes?

Thanks for the bug report, I've pushed a fix for this to our karmic branch. The patch you submitted didn't work though, you've created a patch against the file on the system (/usr/share/gnome/help/internet/C/web-apps.xml), whereas what we need to apply the patch is a patch against the file in the source package or (best of all) the appropriate bzr branch. Anyway, it was an easy fix so thanks for noticing and reporting the bug.
