Thank you for reporting these. This diff has a lot of really tiny fixes in it, including the ones mentioned above. There are others, like missing periods (since using periods seems to be what was intended as the standard in the document), and a few minor fixes with spacing. No actual content was changed.

I hope this diff isn't too big for a single merge.
