Webcam screen broken during installation

@psivaa please don't mix bugs with ubiquity feature development.

This could be a real bug in gstreamer, the webcam step should not have any corruption.

The webcam step is not broken and should not be broken.

Mattia Migliorini, can you please test "cheese" application and see if your webcam works with that?

Cheese works, apparently without problems.
Launching it from terminal doesn't show any output.

If you need some specific tests, just tell me what to do.
