OVA: change checksum in manifest to be sha1 not sha256.

SHA256 is not supported by vmware as a checksum in a manifest file.
The solution is just to use SHA1.

Oracle: No longer set datasource_list to Oracle.

This image modification is no longer necessary as cloud-init will
now correctly identify and use the 'Oracle' datasource.
Full support went into cloud-init 18.3-24-gf6249277-0ubuntu2.

  gzip. When I change the compression to using gzip, I see about a 900
  millisecond speedup in unpacking the initramfs.

oracle-bare-metal: use .img for both raw image in a tarball, and qcow2
image outside the tarball.

All artifacts are renamed upon publication, thus in the end the
unpacked tarball will not clash with the qcow2 image.

  will have already been removed; and one, open-vm-tools, should only be
  included in images that are targeted to VMWare (which is not the case
  for any of the current minimal images), rather than being included

[CPC] Don't overwrite the default sources.list

We've received a request not to do so (LP: #1513529) and cloud-init applies it
(or something similar to it) at boot anyway, so the list we're putting in place
isn't generally used.
