SD does not refresh shares resulting in stale data shown in u1sdtool --list-shared

Bug Description
STR:
1. Create a share to some user
2. Make that user accept the share :)
3. Look at u1sdtool --list-shared, see that share is accepted
4. Go to the web interface and remove the share
5. Look at u1sdtool --list-shared, the share is still there
6. Reconnect syncdaemon, re-run --list-shared, the share is still there
Expected results: The share should disappear
Actual behavior - The share is still there
