SD enters in a LR_SCAN_ERROR loop if user deletes a share by hand

Bug Description

If the user turns off the SD, removes a share root, and turns on the SD again, LR fails because that path does not exist any more, creating a loop of LR_SCAN_ERROR (because MD still exist for that share).

LR should check in start if the path of the share exists... if not, it should delete all the MD for its children, and remove the volume from VM.
