Bug Description
After running vmbuilder, it created disk0.vmdk and ubuntu.vmx, but the content of ubuntu.vmx is likely incomplete:
config.version = "8"
virtualHW.version = "6"
scsi0.present = "FALSE"
scsi0.virtualDev = "lsilogic"
memsize = "128"
Ethernet0.
Ethernet0.present = "TRUE"
Ethernet0.
displayName = "ubuntu i386"
guestOS = "ubuntu"
priority.grabbed = "normal"
priority.ungrabbed = "normal"
powerType.powerOff = "hard"
powerType.powerOn = "hard"
powerType.suspend = "hard"
powerType.reset = "hard"
floppy0.present = "FALSE"
With no reference to disk0.vmdk.
The scsi0 configuration leads me to believe it is a SCSI, but the .vmdk is actually an IDE virtual device.

Thanks a lot for the bug, this has unfortunately been left out. I have committed a fix in trunk.
