Bug Description
Here is a test case which tries to download a non-existent file. The first time I run this, I get the NETWORK ERROR as expected, since the file does not exist. When running the script a second time against the same u-d-m process, nothing happens (no progress, no error). Killing the process and restarting it, allows me to see the expected error again.

Found the issue, the GroupDownload onError method is not setting the state correnctly, not a terrible problem :)
