texttopdf crashes while printing on ubuntu 11.10

Bug Description

When I try printing a file having unicode name using lpr command, texttopdf filter crash is observed. lpr_command, error_log and document used for printing are attached.

Actually two issues are involved here, a corrupt pdf is generated for certain utf-8 title-parameters (where the filename is passed in), and, when 'prettyprint' is enabled, a texttopdf assertion fails('crash'), when different utf-8 ranges are used in the title.

Both are fixed in bazaar revision 7041.
