This will result in Ubuntu having two options:
 Start Ubuntu
 Install Ubuntu

instead of the current options:
 Try Ubuntu without installing
 Install Ubuntu

Where does this change originate? Is this requested by the Desktop Team? Does the change have Design Team signoff?
