r8169: Enable ASPM for selected NICs

The latest vendor driver enables ASPM for more recent r8168 NICs, do the
same here to match the behavior.

In addition, pci_disable_link_state() is only used for RTL8168D/8111D in
vendor driver, also match that.

Bluetooth: btintel: Support Digital(N) + RF(N-1) combination

New generation Intel controllers(N) need to support RF from (N-1)
generation. Since PID comes from OTP present in RF module,
*setup* function gets mapped to BTUSB_INTEL_NEW instead of
BTUSB_INTEL_NEWGEN. This patch converges INTEL_NEW and INTEL_NEWGEN
mappings and defines a new generic *setup* function. All the
required information to load the correct driver is read from controller
in generic *setup* and branchs out appropriately.

UBUNTU: SAUCE: thermal: int340x: processor_thermal: Add PCI MMIO based thermal driver

BugLink: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1934741

Add a new PCI driver which register a thermal zone and allows to get
notification for threshold violation by a RW trip point. These
notifications are delivered from the device using MSI based
interrupt.

The main difference between this new PCI driver and the existing
one is that the temperature and trip points directly use PCI
MMIO instead of using ACPI methods.

This driver registers a thermal zone "TCPU_PCI" in addition to the
legacy processor thermal device, which uses ACPI companion device
to set name, temperature and trips.

This driver is anabled for AlderLake.

drm/i915: Tweaked Wa_14010685332 for all PCHs

dispcnlunit1_cp_xosc_clkreq clock observed to be active on TGL-H platform
despite Wa_14010685332 original sequence, thus blocks entry to deeper s0ix state.

The Tweaked Wa_14010685332 sequence fixes this issue, therefore use tweaked
Wa_14010685332 sequence for every PCH since PCH_CNP.

v2:
- removed RKL from comment and simplified condition. [Rodrigo]

xhci: Fix repeated xhci wake after suspend due to uncleared internal wake state

If port terminations are detected in suspend, but link never reaches U0
then xHCI may have an internal uncleared wake state that will cause an
immediate wake after suspend.

This wake state is normally cleared when driver clears the PORT_CSC bit,
which is set after a device is enabled and in U0.

Write 1 to clear PORT_CSC for ports that don't have anything connected
when suspending. This makes sure any pending internal wake states in
xHCI are cleared.

ALSA: hda/cirrus: Add Headphone and Headset MIC Volume Control

CS8409 does not support Volume Control for NIDs 0x24 (the Headphones),
or 0x34 (The Headset Mic).
However, CS42L42 codec does support gain control for both.
We can add support for Volume Controls, by writing the the CS42L42
regmap via i2c commands, using custom info, get and put volume
functions, saved in the control.

Tested on DELL Inspiron-3500, DELL Inspiron-3501, DELL Inspiron-3500
