Moved GTK and D-Bus interfaces into their own directories/submodules.

Fairly major UI change: removed the separate video and audio quality
sliders and replaced them with a single combobox with 5 basic options.
Very Gnome. Added an "advanced" window, which will one day have lots of
options added to it.

But no, you still can't actually convert anything...

* Use Edward Hervey's gst discoverer for doing discovery. It's just
better than my version in every way.

* Ignore metadata tags that can't be mapped to D-Bus types (except
dates, which we convert to strings). Perhaps not the most elegant solution,
but it seems to work...

* Sort out escaping and unescaping URLs and unwanted characters in
markup. Hopefully everything now displays correctly.

* The properties window now does something. Just not very much.

* Removing sources from the list now works

Many Glade changes. Things are starting to come together UI-wise, but
it's going to require quite a bit of tweaking and trial-and-error yet I
fear. Read some of the Gnome HIG. Damn. They're not going to like
Baserip much...

Found out that the Picture Settings (cropping and resizing) stuff is
completely broken with the GStreamer version in Feisty. This is not
good. Will have to investigate, but the GStreamer side of things is due
some love anyway.
