Don't allow windows which we weren't even tracking as decoratable to become decorated if they try and change their hints.

For example: unity-2d-panel shouldn't become "decorated" as normal when it tries to change its decoration hints.

Fixes bare type window decorations being added to the draw queue.

Excplicitly unbind the texture before rebinding - this removes the createDrawable errors.
Also, change error reporting - since bindTexture () can fail non-erroneously when the Pixmap gets invalidated (i.e. during a resize).

Added modifications needed for a working checkbox-unity progress bar.
Ported from unity-team's PPA checkbox distro-patch made by Aurélien Gâteau. This progress bar has some issues and would probably need fixing, since also unselected jobs are getting counted, but it's better than nothing for GTK. Since a switch to -qt is in plans anyway.

If dragging a non-application, do not saturate all icons automatically. Only those needed.

This way, the 'flickering' animation is not visible during drag-and-drop from Dash.

As noted by Didier - debian/patches/01_ctrl_alt_*tea*.patch was not cherry picked! And fixing the version number, it should be -0ubuntu1ppa1 not -0ubuntu1 (that's for upstream).

When drawing decorations, don't reset the prop_xid value of the decorator, so that we send notification about the change of the decoration pixmap to X through PropertyNotify events.

Gnome's background image path is URL encoded when UTF-8 characters are present in the pathname.
Add a Percent Encoding conversion after reading the background path.
