Fixed grasp_controller crash when starting the plugin without running controllers.

Changed SwitchControllers strictness to BEST_EFFORT. This allows to start all the controllers that can be started.

Added a refresh button to set the sliders to the current position read (only for position controllers). Added a reload button to be used if the controllers have changed. Ethercat sliders are not loaded if a controller for that single slider is not running. Position sliders will behave as tracking sliders (no need to release to send commands.

The controller tuner plugin allows offline edit-only mode for a more user-friendly and format-safe parameter edition. Added better filters when the user chooses the files to load, now taking into account the control mode to avoid mistakes.

Modified the behaviour of the buttons in sr_gui_change_controllers plugin. Now the started controller button stays pressed, and can be unpressed by clicking again, thus stopping all controllers. Stop controllers button has been kept, to avoid confusion and allow an obvious way to stop all running controllers.
