LP: #1729649 - Ignore ConnectionDone exceptions when deleting a rack controller.

When a rack controller is deleted an RPC call is sent to the rack controller
telling it to disable and stop the rack controller service. This causes
ConnectionDone to be thrown as the RPC connection is disconnected before the
call completes.
