Bug Description

MAAS 2.3 beta

Initial delete of rack controller fails with: The delete action for 1 controller failed with error:

Click on nodes page and you’ll see the banner: One rack controller is not yet connected to the region. Visit the rack controllers page for more information.

The status of the controller indicates a red x, if you click into the controller all services are red x.

Delete a second time and it works.
