Just a couple small glade fixes to make the GTK+ frontend nicer. Removes the ugly horizontal separator (the KDE frontend doesn't have one, the HIG doesn't like them). Also lets the timezone map blow up to size of window.
glade-3 also decided to unmark some stock button labels as translatable, which made sense so I left it.
