Started modifying montecarlocounter.f to retrieve information to be passed
to Pythia8 for numerical evaluatino of the counterterm.
This is still preliminary, just sets up the structure of the relevant calls
in the montecarlocounter.f code (following closely Valentin's bias module).
Added bias files in folder bias_files.
