1. Modified common_run_interface so that all LHAPDF manipulations occurs via the new LHAPDFInterface class which can now be accessed outside of the context of a run interface.
2. Added a new attribute 'cluster_jobs_identifier_specifier' to the run_interfaces that can be overloaded by plugins so as to modify how the cluster job identifier is constructed.

Fixed an issue in the combination of the TopDrawer plots for f(N)LO
runs. For high-precision runs, for which the jobs were splitted, the
combination script also included the results from the previous
integration step. This resulted into completely wrong
distributions. Plots in the HwU format (=default) or root format were
not affected.
