removed the virt_born_wgt_mint common block from the subroutine since
it was not used there.

1. Pass the correct vegas x's to the finalize_event() subroutine to
correctly regenerate the kinematics and put the particles on their MC
mass shell.
2. Allow for inclusion of H-events. Of course, folding won't do
anything for them in terms of reduction of negative weights.

Added a new, improved version of the 'update_shower_scale_Sevents',
which, instead taking a weighted average for shower starting scales
from different FKS configurations (within a given fold), picks one
randomly among them. This results in a broader range of possible
scales, since no average is taken.
