Code review comment for lp:~longsleep/snapcraft/snapcraft-debs-plugin

The use case is to have reproduceable builds of defined and we'll known deb files, independent of local system arch, dist an version. I guess one could go so far to even comitt deb files along with the snapcraft file. In my case this makes it simple to build armhf snaps on amd64 from defined builds done by pbuilder.
