Use /home/$USER for all I/O operations

The tpm2 snap will soon get the home interface autoconnected.
To be able to run tpm2 snap commands from checkbox, saving/loading all
files from $USER's home is the only way to run all integration tests.

Note: /home/$USER and not $HOME as $HOME is the altered home for the
checkbox snap.
