Add: a new nested part specifically to retain tpm2-tools testing on 20.04/UC20

Starting with Ubuntu 22.04 and Core 22, tpm2-tools related test cases
are removed from TPM2 testing. In order to maintain retro-compatibility
with previous version, a new nested part (tpm-cert-focal-automated) is
created and will be used in 20.04/UC20 related test plans.

Remove tpm2-tools related tests

clevis-based tests provide enough confidence that the TPM2 chip is
working as expected.

Remove tpm2.0_4.1.1-automated nested part from the TPM2 automated test
plan to avoid running Intel-provided tooling suite that causes problems
when run on platforms that do not fully comply with the tool.
