Merge lp:~hjd/widelands/fix-partly-translatable-sentences into lp:widelands

Wraps two sentences in quotation marks in order to mark the entire sentence, not just parts of it as translatable. For details, see bug 738888.

I only uploaded the changes to the original file, not the regenerated .pot-files as I wasn't sure if I should include them. If I should add them, let me know.
