[Autopilot tests] Add workaround for write changes to disk dialog

Unfortunately the dialog buttons have not identifyable properties to be
able to select and click the continue button. So this patch resorts to
a lengthy sleep and keyboard navigation to continue the install.

I will file a seperate bug about improving autopilot accessibility of
this dialog as it would mean a change happening in ubiquity itself which
I don't want to include in this commit

Re-add the set_selectable/can-focus property changes, but set them to false,
and re-order them. Setting set_selectable to true also enables can-focus,
so we have to explicitly disable it. Setting both to false also negatively
affects the keyboard navigation in ubiquity.

ubiquity/frontend/gtk_ui.py: We do not want to be able to focus labels
with Orca at all. It negatively affects the install experience and
tab/shift tab flow through the installer pages, and prevents Orca
presenting label relationships with other widgets
