Code review comment for lp:~dirk.zimoch/epics-base/fix-aai-and-aao

Asynchronous processing doesn't work because of the line
    if (pact) return 0;
in the process() routines of both record types.

With those lines removed I'm happy with the result, so I will merge the code.
