Discovered a fundamental problem with the rotational geometry: Aspect ratio isn't right. Width, rotated 90deg is height. But, we define width in relation to parent.width. A correct implementation of width/height will have parent width, parent.height, and some arctan in the QML.

Try to avoid a possible threading data mangling by making methods of the
sync-source classes synchronized to each manager instance.

The problem also may be that the source is unknown in the environment and the
hard-coded source list has more than the device supports, in which case we skip
that item. That may be wrong, but I don't know what right would be in that
case, and failing with NullPointerException is proibably worse.

For large SD cards, the computation of number of bytes free could overflow the 32bits Java was using to store the count. Now, use long storage and divide by long constants to make sure we are working in space that can hold us. (LP: #657023)

Getting the unused disc space on remote systems failed because of ssh running
all arguments through a shell later, interpreted as a single string, as to
"sh -c ..." . Now, prepare the string to be safe to pass to a shell.

Some error messages were not quashed. Now, corrrectly list error messages with
their terminating nl/cr.

Finally, only automatically add compression if the dest is not localhost. This
is probably wrong, for using rsync in reverse, remote to local. FIXME.
