Getting the unused disc space on remote systems failed because of ssh running
all arguments through a shell later, interpreted as a single string, as to
"sh -c ..." . Now, prepare the string to be safe to pass to a shell.

Some error messages were not quashed. Now, corrrectly list error messages with
their terminating nl/cr.

Finally, only automatically add compression if the dest is not localhost. This
is probably wrong, for using rsync in reverse, remote to local. FIXME.

Make cm contrib bootstrapper networkable. Add OSX parameters.

Parse stdout and stderr better. Quash some harmless, common warnings.

Fix bug with parameters doubling in ssh in rsnap.

Make output less noisy.

Also, be forgiving about partial transfers. The cost is low to keep them, and
they do have value.
