Christian and Bryce. I have updated xenial bionic focal and groovy upload requests, fixing the pep8/style checks on xenial and bionic that were causing autopkgtest failures on both Xenial and Bionic.

I am updating an SRU template on each bug related to this upload request, and the debian/changelog referenced in the upload will need to represent two version increments for Xenial, Bionic and Focal. Since Groovy wasn't queued (and rejected) from -proposed, groovy only needs to represent 3.192.35.
