Print only new events since last time we checked.

The log files contains a lot of repetetive event logs. For example

  Latest events for t7f4na are:
  - Event 1
  - Event 2

In case of no new events being generated, the same logs are
repeated over and over again, making it hard to see when things
actually changed.

Now we only print the events if anything new has come in since
the last time we checked, making it easier to see when the new
events occur.
