Well, I don't have an opinion one way or the other myself, but it's past Final Freeze, and I suspect this isn't going to be appropriate as an SRU.

Seb makes some good points about CCSM being semi-depricated in precise. If you still feel this is a good change that should go in, I'd suggest the next step should be to get this accepted upstream, and then included in Q-series.

If you also feel it does indeed need fixed in Precise, the next step after that is to file an SRU. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates
