Added unity quicklist for editing unity options. Launches `ccsm --plugin=unityshell`.

Thank you for your work, we decided to try to avoid patching universe softwares for this cycle since we don't have good way to translate those from launchpad, also we wanted to promote ccsm use less. Having an item to open directly the unity config which means less chances to disable unity from the grid screen might be a good idea though... I will let others decide if they want to sponsor that

Well, I don't have an opinion one way or the other myself, but it's past Final Freeze, and I suspect this isn't going to be appropriate as an SRU.

Seb makes some good points about CCSM being semi-depricated in precise. If you still feel this is a good change that should go in, I'd suggest the next step should be to get this accepted upstream, and then included in Q-series.
