wizard: select properly wifi iface

We were selecting always 'wlan0' as AP interface when there was only one
wifi interface present, so things were not working if the name of that
interface was not wlan0.

test: do not try to revert core18

We can have core and core18 in the system under test due to installation
of snaps that depend on core18, and we cannot remove it. So avoid
reverting any of them.

ifconfig is deprecated and not installed by default in bionic images or
in the core18 snap.

Set properly the interface netmask

Previously we were getting hex numbers instead of a properly formatted
netmask (i.e. ff000000 instead of 255.0.0.0) when running the wizard.
