Bug Description
Previously one got the application menu. Now it only works if the desktop icons setting is set to minimized application icons (or File/Launcher icons).
I see this for an upgrade to precise beta 2 and in a fresh virtualbox install of precise beta 2 (xfdesktop4 4.8.3ubuntu5).
