ubuntuone.credentials is not preferring the SSO Qt UI for auth

Bug Description
The current desktop SSO service accepts a new parameter for login and register which can be used to state the UI that will be used. This new parameter is 'ui_executable', and if the specified UI does not exist in the system, it will fall back to the GTK+ UI.

- Messaging menu opens GTK+ panel instead of Qt. (LP: #943439)
- u1sdtool opens registration screen instead of login. (LP: #944230)
- Sync daemon writes IDLE messages to log every 2 mins. (LP: #906462)
