Bug Description

The Ubuntu One entries in the messaging menu are opening the ubuntuone-control-panel-gtk process directly or through dbus. Instead, we need to have it open the installer, which will itself open the Qt control panel if it is already installed, or offer to install the missing pieces.

    - u1sdtool opens registration screen instead of login. (LP: #944230)
