Bug Description

When dragging a window to the left side of the screen to semi-maximise, the launcher reveal is triggered. The Launcher reveal should be blocked whenever the user is dragging windows. However the trapping should stay switched on as it is very useful for doing a semi-maximise on the monitor edgees between two monitors in a multi-monitor environment.

Is there a use case for drag-a-window-to-the-launcher?
