swap status doesn't appear until swap is not empty

Bug Description
I'm not sure if this is intended or not, but the swap information on the status bar remains hidden until some data has been page to the swap file. My guess would be that it's preferable to show the info at all times, giving a usage of 0% if empty.

Hmm, well, in an effort to be less verbose, the current standard practice is to disable the display entirely, if the value is zero. For instance, the network traffic, disk io, and wireless status items all "disappear" when there's nothing interesting to report.
I suppose I could make exceptions for those that are not enabled by default (such as swap), where if you explicitly enable it, then you want to see a 0% value...
