The patch was not applied correctly; the changes in -2ubuntu5 had no effect

Downgrading, because it isn't worth several more hours of building to get this
fixed for preview. Needs to be fixed right for final.

I think that the patch filename needs to be added to
ooo-build/patches/OOO_1_1_2/apply, probably just after desktop-mime.diff. I'm
making too heavy use of my computers here for testing right now to do a test
build to check, though.
