[FFe request] New upstream: btpd 0.16

Bug Description

Binary package hint: btpd

New upstream version 0.16 for btpd was already waiting for upload in maverick, unfortunately it simply missed FF for no reason other than Sponsor Team overload.

Please consider granting a FFe, due to an important couple of fixes listed in the attached upstream changelog excerpt.

A succesful build is available on my PPA:

As for the testing, I'm currently running btpd 0.16 on my personal server, seeding no less than 30 torrents on 5 different trackers 24/7, upgrading from btpd 0.15 with no problem at all.

You shouldn't have filed another bug just for the FFe. That said, please do not forget to close this bug once 0.16 hits the archive.
