Please sync barnowl 1.5.1-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

NUV does not introduce new features, see http://barnowl.mit.edu/browser/ChangeLog?rev=barnowl-1.5.1 .

Yeah, the FTBFS is from bug 520767 in pkg-create-dbgsym. (1.5-1 also FTBFS right now.) Here’s a workaround.

  * debian/rules: Deleted -xautom4te.cache option from dh $@ as a Work around
    for a build failure due to bug #520767 in pkg-create-dbgsym.
