[CSD] black line at terminal bottom border

Bug Description

In a CSD theme, I get a black line at the bottom border of terminals. Reproduction:

  - Open a Terminal window
  - Move it around a bit
  - Black line appears
  - Press Enter a couple of times until the prompt hits the bottom
  - Black line disappears
  - Move window further
  - Black line reappears, and cursor/input overwrite black line

A similar effect happens if you open the terminal and then maximize the window. An irregularly shaped, and much thicker black line appears.
