Bug Description

Binary package hint: apport

There should be another check in apport-collect to see if the bug number being passed to it is a duplicate bug. If the bug is a duplicate apport-collect should just exit, not ask for confirmation, as there is not reason to add the info to a duplicate report.

    the Upstart one.
