China Telecom CDMA EVDO USB dangle does not work in Ubuntu

I fix this issue in Karmic by just adding the USB VID and PID to drivers/usb/serial/option.c. After that, the dongle works very well under Karmic with NetworkManger and wvdail.

Will post a patch soon.
